Golfing Breaks with Brend Hotels Booking Procedure
STAGE 1
Select a golfing break from the range of itineraries.
STAGE 2
Contact us to check availability for your required break and state your preferred tee-times.
STAGE 3
A "Confirmation of Booking" form is sent to you illustrating the details of the break, together with your Golfing Itinerary, confirming your tee-times.
Assuming the details are correct a deposit of £100.00 per person is requested to secure the booking.
Once the deposit has been received an updated "Confirmation of Booking" form is sent to you illustrating the monies paid and the balance that remains to be paid.
STAGE 4
Six weeks before commencement of the break, an Invoice is sent to you for the balance of the break. The balance should be forwarded four weeks prior to commencement of the break.
Once the balance has been received the final "Confirmation of Booking" form is sent to you, illustrating that the break has been fully paid for.
STAGE 5
Two weeks before commencement of the break, directions to the Hotel and each of the Golf Clubs are forwarded to you, along with a Hotel Voucher and the relevant umber of Golf Club Vouchers.
The Hotel Voucher should be handed to Reception on arrival and the Golf Club Vouchers to the Starter or Professional on arrival at the Golf Clubs.
The Vouchers confirm that you are clients of Countrywide Golf Holidays and allow you into the Hotel and onto the Courses accordingly.
STAGE 6
You arrive, enjoy the golf, explore the 19th hole and be well looked after by the Hotel.
